We need everybody.

Mark Hesselschwerdt

Mark’s Aspen life style is the envy of 90% of the Boomer men who he encounters, who only see the glittering surface. In fact, purpose in life is a beautiful thing and Mark wants very much to make a valuable contribution to this Earth and its incredible beauty which has sustained him in so many ways.

The skier’s life brought Mark to Aspen in 1971 where the small community of eclectic black sheep and the mountain lifestyle won his heart.  The thirty-six years since college, one of multiple paths, have included his famous Rock’n Horse Bar in the 70’s, Town Downhill Champion (77), Ten years in L.A. designing and building mc- mansions (83-93), building his own house in Aspen (96),

Marks zest for life and his innumerable blessings have taught the Renaissance man that a life’s worth and value is in the giving. His life in the outdoors has fueled his desire to make a difference for the environment and the future of our biosphere.

The Boomers’ Project has been in Mark’s heart since before 9/11/01 but only now has it become his absolute #1 priority due to the urgency of the situation. He hopes you will join him in this meaningful venture and contribute in any way that you can.
